As an (OS1)® organization our primary method of measurement is the formal (OS1) Audit Process. The audit criteria is based on 231 factors that are necessary to determine “what causes buildings to be clean”. The comprehensive focus is is also based on training, supervision and management in the practice of safety and environmental responsibility.
The (OS1) Audit Score is tabulated for the following groups: Cleaning Workers, Training, Supervision, Management, Purchasing and Senior Management. A total combined score is then calculated, using a standardized formula for each audit performed. The result is a final overall (OS1) Audit score.
